Re-Nuz International, LLC ships via UPS and USPS. Most orders ship within 24 hours after payment is received.
All returns must be authorized in advance by Re-Nuz International, LLC within 30 days of receipt of goods by the Buyer. Authorization may be obtained by email at custserv@re-nuz.com or by calling Customer Service at 888-369-4744. Freight claims resulting from return shipment are the responsibility of the Buyer. Re-Nuz International reserves the right to asses a 20% restocking fee against returned product that is due a refund.
